What are my payment options?

  • We accept payments by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How long will my order take to deliver?

  • Your order should take between 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. However, if there are complications or delays with your order then we will notify you of the modified arrival date. 

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

  • We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However we are not responsible for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the balance.

    Can I amend my order?

    • Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to amend your order. We usually ship items out within the next working day, so we cannot guarantee any changes will be made. It is your responsibility to ensure you check out the correct items and shipping info.

    Can I use several discount codes in one order?

    • Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions unless stated otherwise.

    What are my delivery options?

    • Delivery options vary with many factors. Your options will be displayed on the order checkout page.


    Do you ship worldwide?

    • No, we currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand in the near future to more countries. 

    Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

    • Most of our orders require multiple parcels to ship due to the physical size of the order.

    When will my order be processed?

    • All orders are handled and shipped out from a warehouse in the United States. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and seasonal sales. Our orders are processed Monday through Friday 1-2 business days after the order time and the tracking information is typically sent out the day following the processing date. Note that we do not ship on the weekends. 

    Is my order eligible for free shipping?

    • Free shipping can be applied to orders that either meet the minimum amount needed for free shipping or if we are offering free shipping as a promotional item on a particular day.

    Can I return or exchange an item?

    • Absolutely. We offer a 30 day refund time from the date you receive your parcel. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to email us directly on our website or call us, so that we may resolve your issue with the product. Read our Shipping & Returns policy for more info.

    What if I received a faulty item?

    • If you discover a fault, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your parcel) via the Contact Us page on our website.

    What do I do if I have a missing item in my order?

    • If you have a missing item in your order, please email us immediately at our Contact Us page.

    How do I return an item?

    • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please make sure to contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide an order number and your reason for returning the item(s). Note that all returns must be in the original condition with all the packaging still intact. Our customer service team will further instruct you on how to return the item.     Will shipping be covered for my returns?

    • Yes, we will provide you a shipping label which will cover your shipping fees.

    What if I received item(s) that are incorrect/damaged/missing/not working?

    • If you received item(s) that are incorrect, damaged, missing, or are not working, please Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please make sure to include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all other similar references to the item(s). We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

    How long is the returns process?

    • Processing the returns may take up to 7 business days from the moment we receive your return. Once your return has been processed, we will email you a confirmation.

    When will I receive my refund?

    • All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you payed by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank withing 7-10 business days of the time we received your return. Please contact your card-issuing bank about when the credit will be posted on your account.
