Can the side door be relocated on the forward left-hand side (when looking into the garage)?
- The door can be relocated to the left side but it will still have to remain at the back.

What is the snow load of this garage?

Can a garage door opener be installed on this door? Can the smaller door be moved to a different location?
- We do not recommend installing a garage door opener because this shed may not be able to support the weight of the mechanism. If you decide to do so anyways we suggest reinforcing the frame in order to be able to support that. Please keep in mind that any modification of the structure itself will void your warranty. The small door can be moved to the opposite side of the shed.

- The roll up door measures 95"W 72"H.

Can it be built on a railroad tie foundation?
- Yes, but the door will not go all the way to the ground if the unit is built on top of the railroad tie as a perimeter base.
