What is the wind speed rating for this shed?
Properly anchored to the ground with the doors closed the wind speed would be Approximately 50 mph.
Is there hardware included to anchor it to a wood or concrete floor? Are there predrilled holes in the floor frame to anchor the building to a wood or concrete floor?
No, the anchors are not included. There are holes in the base frame every couple of feet for anchoring into wood or concrete. If using a wood platform you would use decking screws to anchor. If using a concrete slab you would use concrete anchors to anchor
I'm trying to figure out how much time it would take to set up this shed on an existing concrete pad.
It will take at Least 2 people 2-3 days to assemble this unit

No, this unit does not come with a floor. You will need to pour a concrete slab or build a wood platform.
Is this shed considered non-combustible?
Yes, this a metal structure.
Can you build it on a concrete pad?
Yes, this can be built on a concrete slab. The slab should be at least 4'' thick. It must be level and flat. Be sure to check the floor measurements for each product.

"This isn't a cheap tin shed. It was a lot of work. 84 man hours. Get some help. If you are not good at interpreting and following directions, get a lot of help. Make sure that your base is level, or the building will tweak, and it will be hard to line up the holes. Common sense. The end result is well worth the effort.
